He has been the Assistant Professor in Political Science (from 2006 to 2009) in D.B.S. College Kanpur &\u00a0 Assistant Professor in Political Science (from 2009 to 2013) in Government Degree College, Samthar Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh.<\/div>
Dr. Shukla has authored, co-authored, edited and co-edited 43 Books and has published around 103 research papers in National, International Journals, edited Books and attended & presented 53 Papers in National, International seminars. Dr. Shukla has organized 14 National and International seminars\/conferences as a convener\/organizing secretary. His Publication covers fields such as Human Rights, Dalit Studies, International Politics, Inclusive and Sustainable Growth and many others. He is currently guiding Research Scholars on various different topics related to Political Science.\u00a0<\/div>
